ow that everybody is using some kind of social network to share photos and thoughts with their friends, in result pocket cameras are challenged to meet those needs, be more connective and fill that gap of course at a reasonable price – Digital Magnet presents the Wi-Fi capable Samsung Smart Camera WB30F.

The built-in WiFi function is actually no longer a fancy feature found only in the most high end pocket cameras. This smart camera member that is able to quickly upload the pictures directly on the Internet. Thus you can easily share you vacation shots In Facebook or Pisaca right from the camera menu. Another flexible way to use the WiFi is to upload your photos to a cloud service when you run out of space on your SD card.

This buddy here is fully equipped in terms of hardware to capture and save the best moments from your trip thanks to the 16.2MP CCD sensor inside.

Optical image stabilization is present here to reduce blurs caused by camera shake.

 Smasung’s lens on the front has a wide-angle range from 24 to 240mm, which is perfect for all kinds of shots. Wide enough for landscapes, perfect for portraits and a long 10x optical zoom for taking shots of distant objects. It has a 5cm macro mode and actually does a pretty good job shooting close-ups. Optical image stabilization is present here to reduce blurs caused by camera shake.

The ISO sensitivity varies from 80 to 3200 but at its high levels a lot of noise appears on the image. All the menu keys are placed on the back and on the upper edge, one can find the power key, the shutter key and the zoom conrtol. Samsung Camera WB30F captures video in 720p quality and thanks to the optical stabilization that is active also during the shooting. Videos come our pretty good at 1280×720 resolution. This pocket camera is available in white, pink, red, purple and blue colors and can be found on the market at the average price of $130.

The battery life here is average for this class of cameras –approximately 220 shots can be taken with a single charge.
